To
promote this tour, she has posed in an amazing, regal shoot; perhaps a nod to say she’s
Queen of fame as did her husband with ‘Watch The Throne’- well they are the
most powerful, celebrity couple.

Beyonce... Mrs Carter
Beyonce’s
the most searched for artist on youtube worldwide, she juggles motherhood with
a Superbowl performance, an amazing career and most recently announced her
worldwide Mrs Carter tour.
Gisele- new face of Chanel
Gisele
Bundchen is set to join the likes of Audrey Tautou, Keira Knightley, Vanessa
Paradis and of course Brad Pitt, (click the link to see his latest incommercial for the Chanel no. 5 perfume) becoming the latest face of Chanel beauty.
The campaign, photographed by the legend Mario Testino will be launched to coincide with the skin-perfecting Chanel range set to reach stores 15 March 2013.
It’s no
wonder the Brazilian supermodel has been chosen to front the Les Beiges
collection; as she is so known for her complexion and minimalist make-up
approach.

Nicholas Kirkwood
As
Nicholas Kirkwood reveals the preview of his spring, summer 2013 shoe
collection, he is announced as the recipient of the British Fashion Council and
Vogue Fashion Fund of 2013.

His
latest collection inspired by the shape and form of waves is a mix of courts,
sandals, wedge heels, stilettos and cube heels with cut-aways, boxes and jewels
it has the freshness of spring waves about it.
It’s a busy
year for Kirkwood as he is also designing the spring, summer runway shoes for
Erdem, peter Pilotto and Suno as well as the latest news that he is designing
around 90 shoes for the Victoria Secret show in New York in November.
Below are
a few favourites (courtesy of vogue)- such cool designs:

Flotique- Jewellery Collection by Florence + The Machine
Florence + The
Machine have unvielled the latest merchandise of the band... A beautiful
art-deco look jewellery collection called Flotique; which is said to have taken inspiration from the bands album artwork on 'Cermonials'.
With a dark silvery, black finish and gold details the jewellery is sure investment pieces but the fringing style of a few pieces (earings, pendant) is very on trend. But also very Florence Welch style as much of her stage clothing is about the movement of her clothing.
I love this cylindrical cuff with triangle detail in the gold, below and the earrings with circle detail and gold chain dangling detail.

Alice Takes a Trip...
Alice Takes A Trip is a lovely, independent fashion label started up in 2006 by
sisters. The clothes all made in the UK; but are then hand finished in the
Alice Takes a Trip studio to make them even more special.
The theme
of the collection is the darker side to fantasy and with a name like Alice an
edgier side to wonderland too. The images of the collection are captured in a
stylistic, clever way to give that fantasy impression.

Red carpet dresses
A
round-up of some gorgeous dresses worn on the red carpet recently.
Again,
another lovely Elie Sab design from the Spring/ Summer 2013 collection, this
time worn by Taylor Swift. She wore the short, gold sequin dress with long
sleeve detail to attend the NJR Music Awards in Cannes with golden Jimmy Choo
sandals and Lorraine Schwartz jewellery.

Showing
of her gorgeous figure, Adriana Lima (below) wore a beautiful monochrome dress matched
perfected with curly waves and satin, black courts. The model and actress attended
the International Fine Watchmakers' Fair in Geneva.
Choosing a
strapless, black lacey number by Marchesa with ruffled hem, Kerry Washington (below)
looked stunning at the Producers Guild Awards in LA. Teamed with a pink, Marchesa
clutch and Louis Vuitton stiletto heels.
Jessica
Alba (below) also attended the Producers Guild Awards wearing a long black, lace gown by
Elie Saab Couture. The design showed of her envious body in a more of subtle
way than most of the celebrity dresses, love the turquoise nail varnish too.

Clothes Show Live bargains
Obviously at the
Clothes Show Live its bargains-galore but heres just a few I managed to source
out.
FAUX FUR HEADBAND
It might only be a hairband but its the warmest thing I've ever worn, and once I've got it on and don't want to have to take it off and that's not because of a serious case of hat hair. The colour is perfect for me as it goes well with blonde hair and all colours- perfect for a fashion student that wears any colour she fancies that day (and being that I could be dying my hair different colour streaks soon). And from the Clothes Show, it has to be one of the best bargains- only £10.
KNITTED TOP
You could look at this top and say its confused- its knitted, but a vest with holes... So not exactly the warmest of knitwear options but I love it; mainly because its so easy to wear. At the moment I wear with leather- look leggings, a cardi and heeled boots for a casual but smart day-wear to evening look (see image below worn with Dorothy Perkins wet-look leggings, Topshop frilly socks and but in the summer it would a perfect casual fdestival outfit with a tiny pair of denim shirts and sandals.
NEW YEARS EVE DRESS
This Oh My Love dress, literally made me gasp. Extremely revealing but not in a tacky, you -really-should-be-wearing more kind of way. The padded shoulders go into a low, revealing v-neckline with cut-out waist detailing and then the prom dress flaired out with a lace petticoat. Definitely my favourite dress at the moment and perfect to see the new year in with; I just wish I had somewhere else to wear it too.....
