September

Where has this year gone? It’s absolutely crazy its September already and we are three quarters of a way through 2012. This year has brought about much change for me personally but the month of September holds a lot of fashion history; here’s a little of it below:

·         The first issue of British Vogue published- September 1916.
·         Fearne Cotton born 3^rd September 1981.
·         Twiggy (Lesley Lawson) born on 19^th September 1949.
·         2006- Victoria Beckham added a line of denim jeans to her DVB label.
·         Karl Lagerfeld born on 23^rd September 1972.
·         The first season of Gossip Girl premiered in America on 19^th September 2007.
·         Christopher Kane’s first collection for Topshop was launched in stores for the 2007 autumn/ winter season in September 2007.
·         Stella McCartney born on Seotember 13 1971.
